Jukka-Pekka Valkeapää I want to make a movie that goes deep inside the protagonist's experience. The protagonist of The Visitor is a young boy. We see the entire movie through his eyes, from a point of view that is guided equally by observation and imagination. A point of view that hides, dodges, reveals, wanders, penetrates walls, vitalizes, illuminates, murders and lies.
A point of view that is nonetheless essentially truthful.
I want to make a movie about the world of a child, where the surrounding reality and the child's fantasy are equally present. A world that is both mysterious and new.
